What happens when the beta ends

Plans published first

We’ll publish paid plans here, with full pricing, before billing begins.

Advance notice

Active beta accounts get advance notice and a transition window before anything is charged.

No surprise charges

You’ll only ever be billed after opting in. Existing data and audit trail stay yours either way.

Common questions

Is there really no card required?

Correct. Beta accounts are created without payment details. You can issue real AHCs without entering a card.

Is there a limit on how many AHCs I can issue?

No. The beta has no per-account usage cap. If we ever need to introduce fair-use limits we’ll tell you first.

When will paid plans start?

We haven’t set a date. Plans will appear on this page before they take effect, and active beta accounts will get advance notice.

What about my data when the beta ends?

Your certificates, audit trail, and practice settings stay with your account regardless of whether you continue on a paid plan.

I’m a group or travel clinic — anything different?
